Seminar Sponsorships (JCCI/NC Member)
Due to our recent office move, we are unable to provide seminars at our current facilities until further notice.
On-site: $1500 Sponsorship Fee + NC Room/Admin Fees
(NC Room/Admin rates are subject to change based on catering needs, additional requests, length of event, and number of participants. Inquire for detailed information)
Off-site/your venue of choosing: $1500 Sponsorship Fee.

- Please note unless we receive permission from the participant, we are unable to provide email addresses, phone numbers, among other forms of contact information.
- While we accept co-sponsors for seminars, please note all companies/speakers must be members of JCCI or the Nippon Club in order to take part. Each participating company is subject to the sponsorship fee.
- All seminar/webinar topics are subject to review and in some cases may be declined according to the organization's discretion.
- All seminars and webinars registered through this service will, in addition to the client's company, be co-sponsored with JCCI and the Nippon Club
- Please note that in order to ensure fairness across our membership, all members — including those within the same industry as the sponsor — are permitted to participate in our seminars/webinars. As such, we generally discourage restricting attendance based on industry. We kindly ask that sponsors structure their presentations in line with this open-participation policy. If there are topics that should remain confidential, we recommend adjusting the level of detail shared accordingly.

JCCI および日本クラブ会員へ E メールでの告知案内と、NY のメディアへのアプ ローチすることで、広く宣伝することが可能です。

JCCI 専務理事代行・日本クラブ事務局長代行による司会進行をつける ことで、インタビュー形式でも可能です。
3. アンケート調査
終了直後にアンケートを実施・分析、Q＆A の聴講者からの質問やコ メントなどをお渡しすることで、今後の営業活動などに役立てて頂けます。
4. 終了後の広報支援
イベントの録画ビデオ（YouTube）や資料のリンクを、ホームページ、ブログ あるいはニュースレターに掲載。イベント後も、JCCI および日本クラブ会員と 一般向けに、幅広くご紹介いたします。
5. テクニカルサポート（オプショナル)

セミナー
この度、オフィス移転に伴い、当面の間、弊所会館でのセミナー開催はいたしかねますので、あらかじめご了承ください
On-site: スポンサー費：１５００ドル ＋部屋代・管理費
（NCルーム/管理費は、ケータリングの要件、追加のリクエスト、イベントの長さ、参加者数に踏まえて変更される場合があります。詳細についてはお問い合わせください）
Off-site: スポンサー費：１５００ドル
※コンテンツ内容が、JCCI・日本クラブとの共催に相応しくないと判断される場合は、お断りする場合が御座いま す。当方にて別途、定める基準には従っていただく事に なりますので、予めご了解下さい。
ご注意点：
- 参加者の連絡情報に関して、参加者ご本人の許可がない限り、メールアドレスや電話番号等の連絡先情報を提供することはできませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。
- また、セミナーの場合、共催は受け付けておりますが、ご登壇企業・スピーカーの皆様は、JCCI、または日本クラブの会員であることが参加条件となります。なお、ご参加いただく企業につきましては、各社それぞれにスポンサーシップ費用が発生いたします。
- 本サービスを通じてご登録されたすべてのウェビナー・セミナーは、クライアント企業に加え、JCCI及び日本クラブの共催となります。
- 会員間の公平性を確保するため、弊所のセミナー/ウェビナーにはスポンサー企業と同業種の会員様を含め、すべての会員様にご参加いただける形としております。そのため、業種を理由とした参加制限は原則として行っておりません。つきましては、本方針をご理解の上、プレゼンテーション内容につきましてもご配慮いただけますと幸いです。機密性の高い内容が含まれる場合には、共有範囲をご調整いただくなどのご対応をお願いいたします。
